It’s been a busy week here in the warehouse, here are a few highlights.
Contemporary Can Manuel d’en Corda, Formentera
Formentera-based design studio Marià Castelló Martínez has designed the Can Manuel d’en Corda project. The contemporary property can be found of the Vénda des Cap de Barbaria, in the west of the island of Formentera, Balearic Islands. According to the architects: “The main entrance of the house was placed in a southeast orientation to avoid the main road. Plus the extension of the contemporary Spanish home overlooks the best views to the northwest, which in turn overlooks the island of Es Vedra, an iconic element of the southern skyline of the neighbouring island of Ibiza. “The materials used in this contemporary Spanish property have been formalised with a limited palette of materials.
