Feeling somewhat inspired by our recent visit to Hawaii, I wondered how I would design the decor of a tropical home (if we had one!)…first thing that might come to mind is Tommy Bahama or Tiki… NO THANKS! (No offense intended, but we have a much more modern aesthetic…). Bold Geometrics
A noteworthy trend taking over this year in art, architecture, fashion and home decor, is the use of bold geometrics. In vibrant hues and graphic patterns made of hexagons and triangles, using geometry in your home can add a punch! Color Crush: Navy & Yellow

Every year, Pantone picks a color of the year, since they set the standard in all things color you have to pay attention…this year the lucky winner is the color Emerald.
