São Paulo-based design studio StudioMK27 has completed the Toblerome House project. The contemporary property was completed in 2011 and can be found in São Paulo, Brazil. According to the architects: “The basic concept of the now contemporary Brazilian property can be described as a unique image: a free first floor with large sliding glass doors which support a wooden box delimited by concrete beams. The first floor houses the collective programme, with living room, utilities and kitchen. On the second floor are the three-bedrooms, the den and a home theater. Melbourne-based design studio Matt Gibson Architecture + Design have completed the Shakin Stevens House project. The stunning contemporary property can be found in Melbourne, Australia. Utah-based design studio Axis Architects has designed the H-House project. Completed in 2008, the luxury hilltop residence overlooks Salt Lake City in Utah. According to the architects: “The H House is a modern residence located high on Salt Lake City’s East Bench on Devonshire. The living spaces of the house are oriented towards the expansive views of the valley and the Great Salt Lake. “One of the challenges of this project was to allow for the views to the west, while protecting the contemporary Salt Lake City house from the afternoon sun.
